WebCD Globe URL Properties - Retrieval

Retrieval properties for URLs in the Retrieval View. Access the URL Retrieval Properties dialog by right clicking the URL in the Retrieval View and selecting Properties from the shortcut menu or by highlighting the URL and selecting Properties from the Edit menu.

Retrieval Options

Retrieve

Mark this item for retrieval.
Do not retrieve

Turn off retrieval for this item. Next time you perform the retrieval function, WebCD will not attempt to retrieve this item and any links to this item will go to the live Web site (will be Live-Links).
Apply to all items within this directory URL

Available only for Hosts and Directory URLs, this option allows you to recursively apply the specified Retrieval Option to all items within this host or directory URL.

Remove

Remove retrieved file

Remove the retrieved file, but leave the Retrieval View entry for the file. You may want to do this if:
You decide to create a Live-Link to the document instead of retrieving it. Deleting the document saves disk space.
You wish to re-retrieve this document without having to perform a complete re-retrieval. That is, you can choose to retrieve only new documents.
Remove all retrieved files within this directory URL

Available only for Hosts and Directory URLs, this option allows you to recursively remove all retrieved files within this host or directory URL.

Closes the dialog, saving any changes.

Cancel

Closes the dialog without saving any changes.

Help

Opens the help text.
